Thank you for reading my first blog post! This is so MUCH more than a website redesign. It celebrates and represents a new direction in my life and work, the two are so intertwined (in a  good way).

This NEW website represents me coming into a deeper alignment with my authenticity and being 100% transparent with each of you and myself!!! 

My twin sister visited me here in Hawaii this past summer, to celebrate our Mid life birthdays 51!! We weren’t able to get together for our 50th birthdays in 2018 so we decided we’d make it happen this year. Thanks to Jet Star and a great deal (yay) Fiona made the journey here from Melbourne, Australia and it was over a conversation one night about mid life and reflecting on realistically half our life is over!!

 Or is it that the second half of our life is just beginning!! SO I knew I needed to act on a hunch I’d had for a while...contact Kimi and Pua of Boss Up Media.

I’ve always had a deep desire to return to teaching and travel! It’s what brought me here to Hawaii. The last 16 years have been focused on parenting first and my business being a secondary focus. However as Lily enters the last few years of high school, and her college years fast approaching, it feels like the right time for me to reposition this focus!

My work has been directed towards creating a community here on Oahu,for which I'm so grateful. I’ve been sharing sound meditations with the magical crystal bowls, yoga nidra, teaching self care, and energy classes at the Hawaii Healing Arts College and offering personal energy healing sessions. I love all of this sacred work, but am now ready to deepen and expand what I offer and share it to a wider audience. I will still be sharing on Oʻahu (the community I’ve got here is very important to me) however it may mean less in person opportunities each month, to allow me time to provide new and exciting “Soul Medicine Arts” in different ways. 

I’m always learning new philosophies and teachings to evolve myself and then I share it with you all. The last 3 years I've been deep in studying astrology with a focus on the cosmology and shamanic approach with 3 amazing teachers Hali Karla, Donna Woodwell, and Tyler Penor (wanting to give them a shout out) I’ve been amazed at the insights I've learned about myself and my life and am so excited to share with you all as I integrate these teachings into my work.

I look forward to journeying with you as we move towards a soul centered approach to life and what’s truly important,so that’s a big YES to more transparency and authenticity!
